We set up your Team Portal and load in the core Microplays after our first series of calls. From there, we set aside 9 hours for setup (more if you need) to nail down how YOU need them to flow before handing it off to your team.

How quickly you roll it out is based on how you define “What needs to be true” and “What can be done after rollout”.

Most owners see their team using the system in 2-3 weeks, with the essential Microplays in place. After initial setup, you can request edits and add new plays without rebuilding everything from scratch.

The point is speed and adoption from your team, not waiting on a long rollout.

It depends on the size of your company and how many processes you already have organized.

After building your 1LD Team Portal, you can request up to 10 edits per month (about 2 new Microplays per week), or purchase more build time in 2, 5, or 10-hour blocks.
