The 1 Layer Deep™ | LAYA | 1LD ecosystem is a values-led community built to support meaningful growth for our members. We allow vendors, advisors, coaches, service providers, and partners to participate only when their presence supports the mission, protects the member experience, and aligns with our standards of ethics and integrity.

These Terms of Participation exist to protect our community. If you are here to extract value from our members, build your business through access to our people, or treat the community like a lead pool, you do not belong in this ecosystem.

Agreement to Terms

By joining, accessing, participating in, or engaging inside any 1LD ecosystem space as a vendor, coach, expert, partner, sponsor, affiliate, or service provider, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Participation.

These Terms apply across all 1LD ecosystem environments, including but not limited to:

• 1LD Community spaces
• Facebook groups and member communities
• 1LD.ai and LAYA platforms
• Courses, workshops, events, trainings, and live calls
• Any community discussions, posts, comments, or member communications

1) Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to any individual or business participating inside the 1LD ecosystem as:

• Vendor or service provider
• Advisor, coach, expert, or mentor
• Guest facilitator or speaker
• Affiliate or referral partner
• Sponsor or collaborator
• Any professional or business whose involvement includes visibility, influence, promotion, or financial benefit

If you benefit financially from being in or around the 1LD ecosystem, these Terms apply to you.

2) Values and Intent (Non-Negotiable)

The 1LD ecosystem is not a marketplace. It is not a lead pool. It is not a place to prospect, pitch, recruit, or funnel members into paid offers.

Your presence must align with our values and mission. You are welcome only if your intent is to contribute, support, and protect the member experience.

If your behavior reflects that you are here primarily to make money rather than serve the community, your access will be revoked immediately.

3) Zero Tolerance for Solicitation and Prospecting

Solicitation is not permitted inside the 1LD ecosystem unless explicitly approved in writing by 1LD leadership.

You may not use the 1LD ecosystem to generate leads, create sales opportunities, or market your services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Posting offers, promotions, sales links, or booking links
• Posting “DM me” calls-to-action or funnel language
• Using comments or conversations to position yourself as the solution to sell
• Posting “educational” content intended to lead members into your paid offer
• Collecting emails, phone numbers, contact information, or interest lists
• Offering discounts, gifts, freebies, assessments, or lead magnets intended to generate leads
• Recruiting members into other paid communities or programs
• Sending private messages through any 1LD platform, including our private community platform, with the intent to sell, pitch, recruit, or promote services

These rules apply across all 1LD community spaces, including Facebook groups, courses, workshops, events, and our private community platform.

If your content or behavior is designed to sell, it does not belong inside this ecosystem unless approved.

Violations are grounds for immediate removal without warning.

4) Zero Tolerance for DM Selling and Private Outreach

You may not direct message members for the purpose of selling, recruiting, pitching, promoting, or inviting them into external offers or communities.

This includes:

• Cold outreach
• “Friendly check-ins” with sales intent
• Invitations to calls, programs, or consultations
• Follow-up messages designed to convert the member into a client

If a member reaches out to you first, you may respond respectfully. Any behavior that becomes sales-oriented, persistent, or manipulative will be treated as a violation.

Violations are grounds for immediate removal without warning.

5) Permission-Based Promotion (Only If Approved in Writing)

In limited cases, 1LD may choose to approve promotion for a vendor or partner. If approved, you agree that:

• Approval must be explicit and in writing
• Promotion must occur only within approved time windows
• Promotion must follow 1LD’s instructions, posting requirements, and approved language
• Permission may be revoked at any time without explanation

You may not imply endorsement by 1LD unless explicitly stated in writing by 1LD leadership.

6) Ethical Conduct and Community Stewardship

All vendors and partners must maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism. You may not:

• exploit vulnerable members
• use fear-based, shame-based, manipulative, or coercive marketing
• pressure members with urgency or scarcity tactics
• undermine the leadership, values, culture, or teachings of 1LD
• cause disruption, drama, division, or confusion
• represent yourself as an authority over 1LD frameworks, methods, or community direction

If your presence harms the member experience or culture, your access will be revoked immediately.

7) Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

The 1LD ecosystem includes proprietary intellectual property, including but not limited to frameworks, systems, teaching structures, templates, prompts, language, methods, tools, and training content (“1LD IP”).

You agree that you will not:

• copy, reproduce, or repurpose any 1LD content, frameworks, or training materials
• use 1LD materials to create competing workshops, trainings, programs, courses, or paid offers
• record, distribute, or screenshot community content, trainings, calls, posts, or discussions
• use community access to gather information for marketing, content creation, or product development
• feed proprietary 1LD content into AI tools for the purpose of generating derivative materials, scripts, frameworks, trainings, or products

You also agree not to share or disclose:

• member identities or personal stories
• community conversations or internal outcomes
• community content, posts, or screenshots
• any private ecosystem information

All intellectual property remains the sole property of 1LD and its creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8) Removal, Termination, and Enforcement

Participation is a privilege, not a right.

1LD reserves the right to remove any vendor, advisor, coach, expert, sponsor, affiliate, or partner at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• solicitation
• pitching
• DM selling
• unethical conduct
• misalignment with community values
• intellectual property violations
• behavior that harms the member experience

Removal is final. No refunds or compensation will be provided as a result of removal.

9) Acknowledgment

By participating in the 1LD ecosystem as a vendor, partner, coach, advisor, or professional, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Participation.
